Biographical information:

Since school, I've been... . After HS I went to Berklee school of music in Boston and after that got into a few groups and toured around the country for awhile. Got back to NY, got into a couple of Hawaiian show bands where I started dating one of the dancers. Her name is Linda. I always wanted an Asian bride. She is my beautiful Asian princess. As of April – 09 we are married 35 years. I continued to play up until 1990, but to back up a little bit . . . Linda and I are born again Christians and I felt I needed to be more at home on the weekends instead of being an absentee husband on the road. Especially when the children started coming. So, in the late 70s early 80s I took a job at Lambda Electronics in Melville, NY and became an electronic tech for semi conductor power supplies. I think it was 87 that I left there and went with a company in Huntington called PTL Equipment: twice the pay and they made elevator panels and accessories. In 1990 the company decided to move for a bigger location but cheaper living. So they moved to Toccoa, GA. After trying to get a job for 3 months on LI we realized we were supposed to go with them. 15 out of 18 families relocated. We bought land, 7 acres to be exact. We face the SC and GA mountains and built a log home: 3 story, just under 3400 sq. ft. plus a full basement 50 x 32, wraparound porch and screened in porch in the back. With 7 acres, we have neighbors but cant see them! I love playing little house on the prairie. Up in Uniondale, NY you stuck your hand out to get the mail. Down here you walk down our driveway 275 ft. to get the mail.

My family: As of 10/2009, we have 3 children: Our oldest is Daniel. Hes 33, a US Marine, EMT/Paramedic, married and has two children: Katherine, 14 and Joshua 8. Daniel and Elizabeth are cottage parents at the Smokey Mtn. Childrens Home in Sevierville, TN. Our second is Carissa. Shes 31, married to Damien whos actually from Deer Park. They met in TN! She graduated Pensacola Christian College with her BSN/RN. She is an ICU/RN and cardio rehab, which came in handy for me in 2005 which Ill get to in a minute. She has 2 boys, Jeremiah 2yrs., and Samuel 1 yr. Damien is a computer tech for Emdeon and builds and repairs computers on the side. They live in Hermitage, TN, just outside of Nashville. And last, but not least, is Peter. Hes 21, graduated Central Heights Christian School, and is an awesome drummer! He is out of the box! Hes todays drummer. He can do things I never thought of doing like 9 1/24 and other extreme time signatures. Peter is also into weapons. He has 2 assault rifles, deer rifle, .22 semi automatic and a few shotguns. And we have deer here and black bear and bobcats and fox. And we love deer meat. He lives at home and is currently looking for employment. Hes also our drummer at church since I had to step down. All our children are musical. Daniel is percussion, Carissa is piano and Peter is drums. I may have the talent, but he has the gift! (I hate that kid! HAHA!) Now for Linda. Shes had many jobs during the course of our marriage, but now she is the Administrative Director for New Beginnings Ministry longterm rehab for women recovering from drug and alcohol addiction (www.newbeginninginc.net).

Life experiences: ACCEPTING JESUS CHRIST AS MY PERSONAL LORD AND SAVIOR. BEING MARRIED TO MY BEAUTIFUL ASIAN PRINCESS FOR 35 YEARS. HAVING 3 CHILDREN AND NOW 4 GRANDCHILDREN.
